Tollhouse is quieter then Auberry with only a small local store/gas station. Auberry and Prather are where groceries and other small stores are located. It's a "bedroom community" of Clovis and Fresno California in the foothills of the San Joaquin Valley. Majority of it's residents commute to city to work and shop.[read more...] |

The schools and people are great here! It is a beautiful place to live, although the closest major city is about 30 minutes away. The summers are very hot, as they are in many parts of California. The cost of housing has sky-rocketted in this area and all of Fresno County. Land prices are roughly 250% of what they were just 3 years ago, in addition to the increase in building materials and labor![read more...] |
