woodland hills, California - 1/24/2015
Woodland Hills is filled with Family type homes and family's and single as most places. I grew up 25 miles away in Burbank.
Now I am about to retire after living in this area for 61 years.
I can't wait to move.
The Good.
But if you want low crime. Hundreds of restaurants, good weather most of the year, Close to many good universities, near the beach then this is the place.

The Bad:
