Nice but pricey. - 1/21/2008
A great neighborhood for families. Upside: Very good elementary school. Close to Berkeley and San Francisco. Liberal views. Safe! Established neighborhood. Small town feel (together with N. Berkeley neighborhood) within a large MSA. Weather is wonderful (provided you don't like it too hot or too cold). Downside: Older demographic, however, more younger families moving in. Not so terrific middle or high school options. Diversity is not great, but people are welcoming.[read more...] |
