Montclair don't count it out! - 2/13/2020
Pros
Freeway access
City has a train stop
Shopping is convenient
Not so much city traffic
Beautiful View
Close access to nature (Close drive to desert, beach, mountains)
Close to OC/LA/IE Traffic of course ruins it.
Ontario airport miles away
Weather ( like warm weather?)
Cons
City landscape
Mellow night life (they are updating the mall)
Main streets needs an upgrade
Not so walk able
Area jobs are mostly blue collar, retail, dinning. White collar / Tech Jobs will really change the city for the better.
Some homeless
Some business need a face lift

Homes currently are selling fast in Montclair and that brings in a lot of upgrades. I can see the city being modern in the next 5-10 years. Hopefully! Read More
