We live in beautiful Southern California. Aside from great weather, most of the time, our city is a very safe environment to raise kids! The crime rate is low. The neighbors keep an eye on each other. It's great![read more...]

Living in Rancho Santa Margarita - 6/9/2009

Rancho Santa Margarita is perhaps the best place in south Orange County to be.I wouldn't raise my family anywhere else. I have lived in two other south Orange county cities, and returned to Rancho both times, and now I am here to stay. I have been all over, and I feel that it is one of the best places to live in the state. It is so beautiful out here, gorgeous weather and mountain views. It is very clean and well kept. The schools are top-notch. It is one of the safest cities in the United States for its size. There are many things for the kids to do. Beach club, pools, movies in the park. (And they are all FREE) The thing I like best about Rancho is its "hometown" feel. People are friendly, and eager to know thier neighbors. In most neiborhoods you will see block parties going on in the summer, and kids selling lemonade from their lemonade stands. It's just a little slice of heaven. You don't see communities like this anymore.[read more...]

Rancho Santa Margarita - 10/13/2007

Rancho Santa Margarita is a wonderful mid-size town to raise a family in Southern California. Local schools are outstanding and its central location provides access to all the benefits that Orange County has to offer. Many new quality restaurants have come into the area and Rancho is close to world-class shopping. Traffic is certainly tolerable with many routes in and out of the town. The biggest drawback, which applies to all of Southern California, is the lack of rain and seasons. If you enjoy cloudy days, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, Rancho Santa Margarita offers an attractive setting and great living amenities.[read more...]

RSM is one of the nicest master planned cities in all of California. The town center, library, parks, lakes, pools, and schools are all within walking or biking distance and all centrally located. The landscaping and beauty of the area was well thought out. The location is ideal with beaches, mountains, wineries, or anything your heart desires within a short drive. Oh yeah, the weather is the best part. Beautiful city with Beautiful weather. What more can you ask for.[read more...]

Rancho is an outdoor sports haven - 2/27/2006

If you love mountain biking, the beach, snow skiing or other outdoor sports, you will love southern california. The only downside (and a big one) is the cost of housing. A million dollars buys you an ordinary 2000 sq ft. family house with a nice yard.[read more...]
