Tulare, California is a very stable place to live. It is a perfect place to raise a family. It is a very small and friendly town. Cows and agriculture is our specialty. There is a very low crime rate here. The summers here are very hot and humid, and the winters are foggy and wet. However, there is not much to do here. To have a nice night out, you would have to go to our neighboring city, Visalia, a good 10 miles away. There is also not much diversity here. That being said, Tulare is the right place for you if you are seeking a small town full of stability.[read more...] |
