Bad crime and kids that walk around breaking into - 4/21/2007
We live in a nice area and love the climate but cost of living
have gotten way out of hand. Vandals walk around smashing windows over and over
without getting caught. This is just not our area but a great family across town and many others are suffering. We have caught them in our back yard late at night and they are not afraid at all.
Gangs are growing by leaps and bounds. Work is low......but the ocean is beautiful.

just like santa cruz except.... - 9/7/2006
the cost of housing is slightly more affordable (just slightly). Close to the beach and near perfect weather. Especially during summer when it was 107 in San Jose' it always hovered around 75 here in Watsonville.
