It's a little bit sleepy, but it is a great place - 9/15/2007
Avon is a wonderful, safe, unsurprising community. The schools are excellent, the municipal services are great, and we have good churches, along with easy access to arts, airport, sports, shopping. Spring, summer, and fall are glorious, although the winters can be a little cold and tiresome. Boston is only two hours away, and Hartford super accessible and is working to become a little bit more lively. Medical care is solid.
