Living in unincorporated West Kendall has many advantages. It is located near enough to just about everything so that traffic jams don't hinder travel too much. Amenities such as restaurants are more numerous than in the past. Weather is great during the winter but muggy and hot otherwise. We are close to the Florida Keys, the Everglades, and the shore. You must like tropical weather to enjoy south Florida. The schools are a great dissatisfier, and public corruption has taken its toll on quality of life in many communities. [read more...]
