This website info about Riviera Beach, FL is a little misleading. There are subsections of Riviera Beach ie. Singer Island and Palm Shores that are 95% White. Singer Island median home price is about $400,000. Palm Shore is close to that. There are many many million + home on Singer Island, which is a barrier island, but shares the same zipcode as Riveria Beach, which is 95% Afro-American. Also, the 55 days of 90 and above temperatures are not correct. It is more like 120 days. It is in the middle September and we have 90+ temperatures every day and it starts in early June. The comfort index is about 3 or less. If you like icky sticky long summers, ducking Hurricanes every year, over inflated cost of living, below average pay, then you should move to the East Coast of Florida.
