Sweet place to live. Most of our neighbor's and us get together always informally to sit on each others patios and chat. The Children all play together and are free to do so as long as they stay on our street. Its great. Too many odd bugs and scary poisons frogs but still is good.[read more...]

Quite apart from the past and future hurricanes, (we've had three pass right over us last two seasons), cost-of-living issues and, particularly for my profession, home loan origination, the oversaturation of competition for home loans here, are factors in our decision to relocate to North Carolina as, we learned, are many others.
