If you want to spend alot of money and be imprisoned because they change your lease without letting you know, stay at Providence at Zephyr Ridge Apartments. I stayed there with a 7 Month lease and when I transferred I told them to keep the lease the same amount of time..7 Months and I never signed the new lease and still have No copy of the new lease but they say I signed it and I really did not. Now they switched leases on me to one year without my approval . I amstuck there and they want to charge me over 1500 to get out of a lease I never agreed to . They are Thieves, Liars and lousing crummy people....They are making some many things difficult for me. If you talk to them like a person they dont know How to handle it and dont care --All they care about is money money money. i WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRISON AT PROVIDENCE AT ZEPHYR RIDGE TO ANYONE !! One day late with notification they charge 100 dollars and the company stinks and changed hands so many times who knows whats next.
