The best place to raise children. - 8/24/2009
We have lived all over this state, and this area great. Very Very Country, but in a good way. Nahunta is near nothing but close to everything. In the town of Nahunta we have a few resturants, 2 dollar stores, and a grocery store. Here in the area we have horse back riding, camping, hunting and fishing. The kids are very much involved in school activies, and sports. But when ya have the urge to go out, we have our pick. To the east we have Brunswick GA, home of St Simons Island and Jekyll Island, so for a 45 minute drive you can go to the beach, the movies, bowling, 5 star resturants, golf courses and a theme park. Thirty miles south we have the worlds largest swamp, full of wild life and activies for the kids. Thirty miles north we have Jesup, this towm has a very nice drive in, skating rink, paintball park and batting cages. And to the west we have Waycross, just 20 minutes away, this is where we do our business.
We truely have the best of both worlds, we get the stars at night, and big city bennefits just a jump away.[read more...] |
