Great place for families - 9/10/2019
I’ve lived here for 7 years. It is by far the best place to raise a family. So many things to do. Most people in our neighborhood have children. Schools are great. House prices are low compared to ITP. The saying, “it takes a village,” is true here. People are genuinely nice. It is rare to see someone displeased from the cashier at the grocery store to a gas station attendant. We got several welcome baskets when we moved in. Very low crime. The only complaint I can come up with is the house sizes...way too

Life in Suwanee - 7/9/2012
We moved to Suwanee 7 months ago. Suwanee is a great town to live in. Great schools, low crime (for Atlanta area), convenient to many shopping areas nearby. The Towne Center is great, events almost every weekend in summer and at least monthly the rest of the year. There are several resturaunts in the town center and some nice shops, beautiful park with kids fountain. There are people there all the time. Nice neighborhoods in every price range. It is a very family oriented town.

Strip Malls - 12/29/2009
Way too many empty litter the street, one empty one after another. Land half destroyed, very old tree's (way over 100 years) have been destroyed. It looks so tackey. So many subdivision started and not finished, driving the cost of neighboring home values to decrease to where a home owner owe's more than the house is now worth. The city needs to get a handle on this problem before all the land is destroyed and we have nothing left except empty clay lots or parking
