Palatine Il. is a good mix of lower to upper middle class. Good mix of housing and rentals. There are some small areas of high crime, but they are rather confined and gang related. Very good public and private schools. Lots of shopping areas. One of the top ten libraries in the U.S. for a city it's size. Overall.. a very good suburb to live in.[read more...] |
