 very quiet - 6/24/2011

very quiet community where many people are driving to cedar rapids for work. The water is exceptional as coming from very deep and clean well, utilities are reasonable to low, and house prices are low due to being far from any big city. there are several other small towns closer to cedar rapids which helps keep coggons home prices lower. It is at the very north end of Linn county and they contract police patrolling out to the Linn county sheriff department. Not much ever happens in coggon.[read more...]
