I was raised in the Troy Mills area. When I was growing up the population was somewhere around 200 and that's probably pushing it. I don't know where you get your stats at but they are incorrect. The town has not grown and like any other rural area it's declined. In order to get a population of ovder 1,800 you'd have to count every cow and pig in the area. I had to pick a town before I could send this, so I picked the next closest town to Troy Mills. [read more...] |
