A wonderful example of a town forcefully driven without a purpose. Set up as a perfect sleeper suburb of Kansas City, they have sabotaged themselves with short-sighted investments over the preceeding decades. The school system is one of the poorest in the state, while they funnel money into multi-million dollar gardening projects and airport expansion projects in the hope that a larger small airport will bring big business, (although the logic is flawed as KCI is 20 miles away).
