Great place to live!!! - 2/4/2010

I must admit - I am spoiled! Prairie Village, Kansas is such a wonderful place to live, we call it Perfect Village - and do so proudly! Not only is it a peaceful community, it holds an incomparable location to the heart of the city of Kansas City and the ever expanding south end of town. We love the convenience of local shops and claim some of the best schools in the nation. We have an exceptional team of public officials, including police and fire departments, maintenance and animal control. Our parks are truly appreciated by our homeowners and families. We have lived in our home 25 years - and, each year passes with a deeper love for the community, neighbors and street we live on. Sadly, my husband now faces physical challenges and we need to move closer to family - we will always have wonderful memories of Perfect Village and will miss it like crazy![read more...]

Prairie Village is slightly undervalued in real estate compared to the general economy.[read more...]
