Easton is blessed with a wide range of cultural events and resources and can hold it's own with the best of them. Because of the relatively high level of affluence in the town and surrounding area, the arts are supported at a very high level. Highlights include the Chamber Music Festival, the Academy of Art, and the Tidewater Chamber Singers. Numerous appropriate venues exist in the area including churches and private waterfront mansions for all the performances offered. The number and level of cultural offerings far outweighs what one might expect in such a relatively small area. [read more...]

The quality of life in the Easton, mid shore area, is excellent. Health care, climate, culture, access to goods and services are all top notch. The Chesapeake Bay is a wonder to enjoy for fishing, sailing, swimming and observing.
