Landover - The New Western Territory - 12/28/2009
I happen to live in Landover and find that your facts are out dated. I intend to open a restaurant in this area and with a new complex being built next to the metro and route 202 evolving all the time Landover is a pleasant alternative for living close to the metropolitan area.
As we grow our own brand of 'Bohemia' a lot of new business owners and will be owners are starting to see that every county has its bad areas -- even in lily land. What is starting to be focused on are the many opportunities for true growth on a ground floor level. Yes reports like this will run the 'scared folk' from the new western territory, but there are those of us (obviously the majority of the number you've stated) that intend to mine the gold in Landover for all its worth while living in a peaceful environment.
