Welcome to a homogenous, upper middle class community, where athletics is prized above all else. High cost of living, with median home in the 500K range. There are no apartments or townhouses in Severna Park. It is a small, cohesive community and the schools are all excellent. The nearby Naval Academy and the beautiful city of Annapolis provide wonderful water activites and quaint shops on Main street with lots of restaurants. Severna Park, itself has little as far as culture or entertainment, but 20 minutes to Baltimore or Annapolis provides all you need.[read more...] |
