Ghetto of the wealthy - 10/12/2009
Weston is a world away... from the reality of 99% of Americans. There is no place for even middle income families. People here, especially children raised here, have no idea of the struggles and concerns of most Americans. "Outsiders" do all the chores; it's rare to find a kid who even cuts his home's lawn. It's a ghetto of the wealthy, a de facto segregation by zoning that is every bit as bad as anything in the Jim Crow south of the past.[read more...] |

Weston, MA - Private Pleasure - 9/21/2007
Weston is a beautiful small town. Easy access to the city of Boston but you feel like you're a world away. With low density housing, plenty of trees and a small walkable town square you couldn't design a better town. If only the weather cooperated longer than 8 months a year.[read more...] |
