Reed City is a town of 2,000 in West Michigan that is the county seat of Osceola County. It is now the crossing point of the White Pine and Pere Marquette Trails and is located at the intersection of US 10 and US 131. It is home to one of Michigan's best bakeries - Wright's Bakery. It is also the location of one of the largest Yoplait Yogurt production facilities. Spectrum Health-Reed City is the largest employer. It has a pleasant downtown, modestly priced housing and great proximity to recreation, fishing and major retail locations in nearby Big Rapids and Cadillac.[read more...]
