 Good location, High Taxes - 1/29/2006

The location is excellent if you work in St. Paul or the north part of the Twin Cities. The taxes, however, are one of the highest around and with upcoming improvements to the roads, they will be going higher. Rice Lake Park is fantastic for swimming and picnicking. This was a great little place to live and be tucked away for a while, but I don't know how much longer it will last. Lots of construction coming up and more congestion, traffic and the house prices are raising quickly.[read more...]
