I lived in South Dakota for most of my life then moved to North branch, I slowly realized that it is a growing city, population wise but the jobs seem to fade further every day, there is too may people without many oppourtunities for jobs, the lack of jobs cause unemployment.
A couple good things about North Branch its really busy, its taffic is probably one of the worst for a city north of the twin cities, but with the constuction of the new 95 bridge it should ease up.
