SperlingViews - Yazoo_City, Mississippi

We moved here to this town for a job. We fully expected to find a house to buy within the city limits or at least in the county. We were advised by over 200 people to NOT buy in the city. We are still trying to sell our house from the city where we just moved. We decided it was more smart of a decision to rent. It took us all of 2 months to find a house to rent within our budget. It's not an area of town where I can allow my child to play outside. Dangerous neighborhoods are not far away. Seriously consider if the commute to another town is worth it. It seems a high sacrifice to pay private school tuition and deal with the consequences of living here where people have a habit of not paying their bills.
