The results on your website might be what people tell you, but it does not reflect the accuracy of the religious environment in Owyhee. We only have four major denominational churches: Presbyterian, LDS, Baptist, and one non-denominational. There are on average, no more than 10 people in each of these churches on Sunday, and fewer in mid-week services. There are no other 'practicing' religious affliations. Owyee is an Indian reservation, the Duck Valley reservation. About 95% of the people here are Shoshone-Paiute Indians. About 93% of them either practice their traditional religion (perhaps 47%), the Native American (Peyote) Church, or they do not practice any faith at all (53%).
