Belleville, New Jersey - 9/7/2008

Belleville is an interesting town because it is sandwiched between a major city, Newark, New Jersey, and suburbs Bloomfield, NJ and the upscale, Montclair, NJ. Some areas of Belleville seem urban, while other areas away from the Newark side, are more suburban. It is lower middle class I think for the most part. I find life in Belleville to be pretty good. Not quite a suburban area any longer as It is next to Newark, Belleville still enjoys town services that are usually associated with more suburban areas. Great Police and Fire depts.. fair taxes, Above average Schools.. Large increase in Hispanic and Asian Homeowners in the Past 10 years.[read more...]
