Quality of life is ok. Town is divided into two sections, North and South. The north end borders Clifton and Nutley and experiences less crime, while the south borders Newark and East Orange, which harbors more incidents.
Housing is slightly expensive, but town has a good transportation hub!
I give the town a C+/B
