Nice place - 11/19/2008
I grew up in point. It was a nice place to grow up, small town on the beach. That’s really all I can say about it. It is a nice place to raise a family. Positives are the beach, all 4 seasons, small town environment. Negatives I would say, is increased tourism during the summer, and small town politics, there are many families who have been in Point for decades. Since I left years ago, I have no more family living there, so it has become a place that I rarely go to visit any longer. I guess I miss it a bit but there are many greener pastures out there, but who knows this may be the town you are looking for.[read more...] |
