Lousy place to live - 2/17/2010
Hobbs is the worst place in the U.S. to live. People that live here are snobs and they aren't helpful at all. Forget about getting a job here. If they don't like you, they won't hire you! Pros:
1. Extremely low cost of living and housing for region
2. Affordable place to live
3. Nice physical setting and climate
Cons:
1. Very high crime rate
2. Huge problem with gangs and drugs
3. Poor school system
4. Poor air quality
