Teacher student ratio wrongly stated - 10/16/2009
Most of the classes have more than 20 students per teacher in the mainstream classes...the schools especailly Middle and High School levels are very crowded enviroments and more attention needs to be focused on "crowd control"...Police activity at each building is a frequent event, especially at the High School. As for education quality...the district is on the "corrective measure" list up at Albany...If you can avoid public education here, then enroll privately! Over 20 years in this district, and the cost of education has so increased without any improvement to the quality of education...unfortunately![read more...] |
