Clarence Center is one of the best towns to live in WNY. Living in WNY is itself quite another question, though. The schools are excellent, the taxes lower than many other nearby towns, and you have a mix of country and suburban. Within 10-15 minutes you can be at a shopping mall and there is essentially minimal traffic and low serious crime.[read more...] |
