Sag Harbor was a beautiful peaceful place to live and raise a family.It was the unhamptons.We liked it that way.Then came the citidiots and hollywood.The prices skyrocketed and it pushed many of us out of a place we called home.It was a good life.Quiet, peaceful people knew each other.A daily walk on the beach or main st without all the people or traffic.Dairies and farms all around the surrounding areas .Given way to vineyards a horse farms for the rich.It's still a beautiful place but the real charm left a long time ago.[read more...]

Sag Harbor is the un hampton yet has all the chic amenities of the area. We have a wonderful community of friendly people who live year round and vacation here. Sag Harbor is a great walking town with a professional theatre and a great old movie house on main street. We have lots of great restaurants and many cafes and pubs. Sag Harbor is located on the bay only 6 miles to the ocean. Sag Harbor is a small quaint whaling town with historic homes also very natural and scenic. Unfortunately we get too crowded in the summer time with tourist and the cost of living has skyrocketed in the past 5 years.[read more...]

Very expensive to live here. Housing costs are unbelievable. Gasoline very high, as is food,clothing. You get very little for your money only the rich can afford it.[read more...]
