Winters are long, cold and snowy. We average about 125 inches of snow. It is windy and the snow blows and piles up. The roads are icy. Spring comes and goes for a couple of months-it can snow in April or even May and as early as October. Summer hits in late June and can be hot and humid with afternoon thunderstorms.
