Over-all - 5/10/2009
The quality of life here is neither good nor bad. The cost of living is the high side of average with housing costs in particular a little on the high side simply because of the proximity to Columbus. Of course you have the 4 seasons here ... Summer, before Winter, Winter and after Winter. I don't think I have ever experienced a true Spring or Fall here. Don't expect to have a conversation about much of anything around here other than OSU sports (esp football), as they are the one true religion here. Family issues forced me to move here almost 10 yrs ago from Surprise Az (Phoenix area), but will hopefully be able to move back out west within the next yr or 2 depending on the economy.[read more...] |
