Mason, Ohio - 6/23/2009
Mason, in Warren County, has grown to be a fine city, and looks to improve in the future. The city was recently rated as the Number One suburban city in the Tri-state region by Cincinnati Magazine, for many good reasons.
Mason needs to develop better traffic through-flow, and needs to greatly improve the Downtown area - (there is no there, there.) Yet the city appears to be working on some of this.
Mason as a city could do more to embrace the arts, providing some public art and arts experiences, this weakness has been cited in the US News rating of the city as well.
Overall, the city remains a good place, with many nice homes, a good school system, and improving prospects for residents.[read more...]
