If you're looking for culture, this place isn't for you. They have a crappy neighborhood theatre but that's about it. You have to go to Pittsburgh if you want to see anything cultural. It cracks be up that they think this crappy rural town is worth living

The doctors in this town are not the brightest and the best. I got several that were unprofessional and rude. A dermatologist got annoyed because the cream I got for my rash didn't work. I used it for a month and I think that was an adequate amount of time. He went into my records and said I used it previously and it worked. It didn't. I've gone to dermatologists in other states and they complied. He told me point bland I needed to use the cream he gave me. This kind of intolerent unprofessional behavior should not be tolorated. The trouble with rural areas such as these is the bigger cities get the better doctors and the rural ones are left with the other incompetent redneck mentality. Only one way to do things. The Doctors here in Indiana aren't the brightest and the best compared to larger cities. It seems larger cities get the top notch doctors and "rural" areas like Indiana are left with the "others."
I've had to go to a dermatologist on Philadelphia St several times before the got a cream that never really made my rash disappear. When I told him it wasn't working he got nasty and told me prednisone works we know that. It has side effects. I didn't ask for presnisone, just another cream. He insisted I use the same cream that didn't work. Basically, he acted like a d---k I gave it a whole month with a lot of cuts on my hand that were very painful. This is typical of a "rural" doctor. There's only one way to do anything. They won't open their minds to the possibility of anything else.
I look forward moving to a more "Progressive" city.
