I have a small one-bedroom apartment with a one-car, attached garage. I have a ceiling fan with vaulted ceilings, picture windows, ~7-year old complex, pool, cyber cafe and fitness center with sauna on-site, washer/dryer in the unit. I live in the Summer Chase Community. My rent is $1045/MONTH which includes water and waste removal.
My unit is a modern unit with a well-maintained landscaping. The Limerick Golf Course is adjacent to the property and I live right off of the 12th green.
