Small Town - 8/30/2006
As previously stated, country living, very small town. The city is actually an outgrowth of neighboring New Kensington, so town set-up is very suburban. The residents are basically nice, but very provincial in the best case and downright close-minded in the worst case. No jobs...business district has been hit hard with the closing of the only three department stores in town. The city is making a real attempt at positively impacting the regional economy and culure, but too many old political rivalries exist with neighboring cities and townships.[read more...] |

SMALL TOWN - 8/14/2006
Our city is nice if you already have a family, i.e. married. Not so great for singles or divorced. Nice if you like country living and small town atmosphere. School district could be more open minded and diverse. Great if you like to see deer and other animals in your yard from time to time.[read more...] |
