Trust me, unless you're raising small children or retiring, Oreland is not the place to move. The town and surrounding area do NOT have a lot to do, winters are bitterly cold, and most kids over the age of 10-11 have a miserable time. There is a lot of underground alcoholism and drug abuse in the area amongst teens and adults. It is difficult to leave, a lot of people end up 'trapped' in the area. If you are looking for a recreational place to live or somewhere interesting/temperate to live, do NOT move to Oreland![read more...] |
