SperlingViews - Six_Mile, South_carolina

We just move to Six Mile from Seneca because of the school. Danial HS is wonderful. The teachers and staff go out of there way to help. You don't have to worry if your child is going to be jumped in the hallway or bullied, they have a strict take no garbage policy. The kids are polite, pants are not down at kids knees and girls shirts are not hanging by a thread. They have spirit week when they dress all crazy but its again all in good taste. The town itself is small with people who are friendly, the main road has a concrete path that everyone walks day and night (its lite). The draw back and\ or nice depends is its bit of a drive to grocery, drug, wally world, 11 miles. There is a Dollor General and Gas Stations plus Mom & Pop stores. Also the Best BBQ place (voted on fox news) right downtown and not to expensive. Hope this helps you decide to move or visit or little town :-)[read more...]
