Great cost for home for the money! Less than $79 per square foot for a really nice home. Real estate taxes only .0047, so on a home Valued at $303,000 you would only pay taxes of $1,450.
You do have a commute to Memphis the main city though, so on average your commute will be 70 miles round trip to work, so fuel costs and wear and tear on your car will be much higher than if you lived in the City, but in Memphis that taxes would by over 5 times higher.[read more...] |
