Developers are determined to over-build and over-populate this scenic, warm town. Crime and illegal aliens are on the increase. Lots of golf courses for those inclined, but lack of water will be an important, expensive issue in the next ten years. Real estate is out of sight and out of reach for wage earners with a 40+ percent increase in prices over the last three years and no end in sight.
