The unfortuante circumstances of this once quaint little city is that the lack of recreation, or access financially to recreation, has turned the student age citizens towards alcohol and other "recreational" drugs. Now that the city is starting to find more alternatives to afterschool activities and the such, kids are already burned out most of the time and would rather stay that way.[read more...] |
