Winooski has a one-mile radius with a growing population. Its economy is booming. Downtown business is growing gradually as more buildings are being developed. The city is safe even though it has some "ghetto" parts of the city. It's close to all the towns/cities you want to visit. It's only 5 minutes away from Burlington and about 2 hours away from Montreal. The food here is diversed. The weather is unpredictable so that could be both good and bad. The lake is here. The mountains are right here. Basically it's a great place to live if you're not a big city person and everything you need is in 15-minute range.[read more...] |
