Nice Bedroom Community - 7/25/2010
Marysville is much more affordable to buy a home than Everett (where Boeing is). Yes there is traffic to Seattle and Everett, during rush hour, but homes are 70-100 thousand less in the mid-range market. There are many amenities and a great premium outlet mall. There's an amphetheatre with some good musical talet (rock, country, jazz, etc.) You can walk down the street at night and feel safe as well.[read more...] |

Traffic - 7/29/2007
The I-5 is being expanded for the Monroe exit and currently in construction. Highway 9 is an alternate route to bypass construction. Also there are four lane side streets. If you are military there is an easier way to get to the base if you live on the Tulalip reservation.[read more...] |
