It's best to leave town for culture - 10/29/2011
We generally go to Milwaukee or Chicago for entertainment. Burlington does not offer a great deal to do. The recent economical downturn has hit Burlington pretty bad, probly like everywhere else. [read more...] |

great place to live - 1/14/2010
I've lived in or around the Burlington area most of my life. It's a great place to live and raise a family. People are spiritual, honest and genuine - truly the spirit of small town USA. It's a beautiful place with tons to do locally - lakes, hiking, and its within 30-45 min of Milwaukee and Chicago.[read more...] |

By Pass - 9/11/2007
Wisconsin DOT is in the construction phase of building a new by pass around the city of Burlington. Being done in two phases the first should be complete by December 2008 and the second by late 2011. Once complete the area should see both industrial along with housing growth.[read more...] |
