I wouldn't buy there ever again. I've lived there twice I love the beauty but The Mormons truly control everything. I now wonder if the real-estate agents are even licensed. I had a clear cut case of fraud with a local title company and the state Insurance Fraud Agency closed the case and then took the Escrow agents and buyers affidavit but never contacted me to get mine. When I asked the case worker and Manager of the Insurance Fraud Agency the manager told it was up to the case
